Arrivals and Departures:

Rooms are ready at 14:00 on the day of your arrival. In case you arrive after 18:00, we would appreciate being informed beforehand by telephone or email.
On the day of departure, rooms must be vacated by 10:00.

Children’s Discount:

if staying in the parents’ room in a 3rd bed, with 2 guests paying the full rate:

• 0 – 5 years: accommodation is free, we charge € 18.00 for gourmet half-board per child per night
• 6 – 11 years: 50 % discount
• 12 – 15 years: 30 % discount

Surcharges and Discounts:

• local tax (for guests from 15 years or older): € 1,20 per person and night
• short-stay surcharge for up to 3 nights (without groumet half-board): € 8.00 per person and night
• New Year’s Eve: € 35.00 per person
• dog (feed not included; admitted only on request, not allowed in the dining room): € 15.00 per dog and night
• if you do not require dinner: € 8.00 discount per person and night (does not apply to packages)
• Please note that no discount is available if you do not require breakfast.

Bookings and Cancellations:

• A booking is confirmed with a written confirmation by the Hotel Tramser Hof.
• Cancellations must be made in written form, i.e. per fax, email or mail and is free of charge 15 days before arrival. Apart from that, the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions (= österr. Hotelvertragsbedingungen) apply to all bookings made at our hotel.
• If not arriving at all, we charge a part of the rate (excluding board). The Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions (= österr. Hotelvertragsbedingungen) apply here. We recommend you taking out travel insurance.
• If arriving late or leaving early, we charge you the full room price (excluding board).
• We accept cash, EC bank card, VISA, and Mastercard.

• On request, dogs are allowed in our rooms for an extra charge of € 15.00 per dog and night, not including dog feed. Dogs are not allowed in the dining rooms.
