Twelve of the very best ski resorts of the alps are within a distance of 55 kilometres of Landeck, such as Ischgl, Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis or St. Anton am Arlberg and Lech/Zürs. Additionally, the slopes of the Gourmet Ski Resort Venet on the local mountain of Landeck are just around the corner and will enchant you with 22 km of perfectly groomed slopes as well as spectacular views of the Ötztal Alps, the Lechtal Alps and the peak of the Zugspitze.

On Wednesdays the gorge of the Zammer Lochputz glitters and sparkles in the darkness. The reason why are the weekly guided tours through the well lit gorge that lead you to the Zammer Stierhorn, roughly translated that is the bull's horn of Zams, and to the picturesque waterfall.

And you can find all kinds of hiking paths here: paths for pleasant walks, adventure hikes as well as demanding tours leading you up to the high alpine areas of Tyrol. But do not worry: as long as you are surefooted and have a head for heights, you can do these hikes easily, too.
By the way, close to Landeck there are also several accessibility hiking paths, such as the Piller Moor circular walk.
